This is my fifth post in a series that I am writing that includes a set of certain topics that will help you in developing an attractive lifestyle for yourself. I personally believe living an attractive lifestyle streamlines the seduction process as well as gives you more chances to interact with high value women. This post will be on Getting over your ex/oneitis situation, going out by yourself, casual relationship management.

Getting over your ex/oneitis situations
I see a lot of posts asking about how to deal with getting over your ex/oneitis situations so here are a few things that have worked for me and friends I have given the same advice to. Breakups/rejection suck obviously but they are a great time for potential improvement in all aspects of your life if you embrace it and channel your energy it in the right way. First thing you’ll do is get rid of anything that reminds you of her(anything expensive give to a friend for a period of time) and block her on social media. You have complete control over the content you feed yourself, this person has chosen to not be in your life anymore no reason to be reminded of her unwillingly. Next anytime you were investing into that relationship will be invested back into the most important asset of your life which is yourself. Working out and exercise is a great way to release those negative emotions in a positive and effective way. Not to mention the mental and physical benefits in a general sense. If you work focus on becoming better at what you do and advancing in your career. This could be reading, working on soft skills, networking, exc. If you don’t work get a job or go to school. Learn a new skills. Cooking, mma, photography are common examples. Reconnect with your male friends. For a lot of guys when they get into relationships they become very invested in the girl and their male friendships suffer. This is now a great chance for you to reconnect with them and visit them if they live in different cities. If you’re in a relationship right now don’t let this happen. Start playing rec league sports. Kickball, basketball, football exc. There’s so many options here. I play basketball in a competitive league and then co-ed kickball for fun with friends. This is a great way to meet people and form new friendships and also find new girls. Now I’ve dabbled in hooking up with exes after the fact we broke up. It’s fun in the moment but always ends with me feeling shitty afterwards. Leave your trash at curb folks, not really worth it. Break-ups are a great chance for improvement and after some times passed if managed with the right mindset end up being highly beneficial to you.
Going out alone
A lot of people here also ask about going out alone. I personally like going out alone and even a lot of times when I start the night with friends I’ll usually end up on my own for a period of the night. This is a great opportunity to improve your social skills and see how your game is. What I usually do when I go out alone is have a few beers and hang out with my roommates(their wifed up right now so don’t go out much). I also make sure I look very good and wear a color/piece of clothing that makes me stand out a bit more than others at the bar(people make comments on what your wearing and it can be a fun way to start a conversation). This gets me a nice baseline buzz and also in a conversational/confident mood. I then get to the bar a bit earlier than usual. As soon as I get in line I start talking to the people around me(just make a comment on environment and ask about them and get them talking about themselves). This allows you to build rapport with different groups to provide social proof as well as what I like to call “time-out” zones if an approach doesn’t go well. Same thing once you’re in the bar. Just make friends, have fun, and approach as you usually would. I like to think of going out alone as a challenge which makes it more fun for me personally.
Casual Relationship Management
Girls like sex just as much as we do. Have a fun time with them and if you don’t want to be her boyfriend then don’t act like it. Be comfortable with the fact that there will be a point in time where she will either move onto something new, expect more out of you, or her situation changes in a general sense. This doesn’t mean you have to be a dick about anything. In fact I love staying in touch with girls I have casual relationships because there is a good chance that once their situation changes again she will come back to the well. All in all don’t act like a boyfriend, understand that her mindset or situation will change, and then be okay with that. Being okay with that shows that you are grounded and confident in yourself and the value you possess as a high value male. This fact will more than likely have her come back to the well because she understand the expectations you have set in regards to seeing you.
Conclusion
I hope this helps some people in regards to these various topics. I’m always open to feedback to my writing and if you think there is anything I missed please post in the comments below.
