Go ahead and question why youre ashamed. Is it because most guys do it naturally? Do you feel like this make you less manly? Usually this shame comes from a value in your head. In this example im using the idea that guys who lose their v card to a prostitute are not a real man. When in fact thats bullshit, losing your vcard to a prostitute doesnt really mean anything in the grand scheme of things. And that value should be examined with a rational mind. You can have a great career, good friends, money in the bank and only fuck prostitutes. Who cares? Love yourself and your choices man.
