Boring vs. fun is subjective because everyone finds boredom and fun to be different things. What seems to be more key is finding people who have fun with the same things you find fun. Your stuff seems to be more indoor and sedentary, so that’s what you should consider. If you’re wanting to expand your horizons, by all means do so, but do it because you’re interested in trying new things. It’s good to have pals who have different flavors.

A few questions to ask yourself if you’re wondering whether others find you fun:

Are you interested and engaged in the activities of those around you?
Are you spontaneous and willing to try new things with pals?
Do you laugh often around others and inspire laughter?
Do your friends ask you to do things frequently? We are drawn to those who make us feel happy and free.

High energy is the key.

In social situations the guy who is the life of the party has ENTHUSIASM whether it’s a bowling alley, night club, or corporate event.

Boring is a broad word that is used in the place of many others. Now lets examine the stuff you have submitted.

Video games

This tells me nothing. What kind of gamer are you? Do you game alone or with friends? Do you play games that everyone else plays? What makes you different from other gamers? Lets take this a step further. Can this be applied to seduction. Can you use this with women or when dating? If not, its boring and only good to you.

I will be honest and say most of the stuff you described sounded boring.

Boring is a broad term used to describe things. In seduction, it mostly describe things that are not interesting or things that are similar to everyone else. It can also be used to describe things that people do that have little to no success in dating or courting women.

Interests are neutral and don't tell as much about the kind of person you are as your opinions about those interests (or anything else). This is what Mark Manson describes as polarization: Say something that makes people argue or agree with you. Did you think a certain episode of Black Mirror was utter dogshit? Say so! Why, exactly, do you listen to metal; how does it make you feel? Describe. (I'm also a big metal fan. One time on a date, it turned out that the girl absolutely hated metal and basically thought it was for neckbeards. I was not expecting this whatsoever, but I calmly said 'Hm, interesting. Well, I disagree. I like metal because a lot of it is based in really interesting history and folk music, and it's a genre that is very open to weird, personal, idiosyncratic art, and metal fans embrace that.' I gave a few examples, and she was, if not fascinated, at least interested enough that what had seemed like a negative trait for me to have turned into an opportunity for me to show that I had original thoughts in my head).

All of that said, it's usually helpful to have some kind of hobby that involved more than passively consuming media. Do you play music? Do you write music reviews? Are you interested in programming games? Do you rock climb or go bicycling or trail-running as part of your workouts? What are your dreams for the future? I've had tons of female friends tell me that guys are always anxious about not seeming to have done enough things already in their lives, but that ambition and crazy dreams are just as attractive to women. I tested this out, and honestly it works like fucking catnip, assuming you have the basics covered (i.e. be in decent shape, wear clothes that fit, don't be a total nervous wreck on dates).
