She is obviously using you as a free hotel while she visits, I don't know why the advice is so random here, she knows you like her you're asking her to stay longer and then contradicting yourself replying you're not interested in her. she's not stupid she knows you do like her, she doesn't want you right now.

If you genuinely want her to stay then nobody can stop you, but I would suggest you stop giving her so much attention and take it as it is that she just wants to stay over, have fun with her whatever (if you do actually have fun together) and stop trying to escalate. If she wants something she will show you.

Tell her your address. Say you aren't interested in her. Play the game harder than she's playing it on you. Then build attraction through the usual methods when she is over. If you fail at least you get practice.

I am not that into you, but I am not going to say something which I can't guarantee.

That's not a very graceful way to put it. You're saying a few things:

  • you're not really into her (slightly insulting but why not)

  • you still might want to fuck her (why if you're not into her? Are you desperate?)

  • you can't promise stuff and stick to it (have you got no strength of mind?)

In similar situations, I prefer saying something like "that's ok. I don't even know if I'll want something to happen, but I'm not going to force anything". That's assuming you're fine with meeting her without fucking her. If not, then just say you're busy.

She is already dating with someone, right ? If yes, then don't waste your time on this type of girls anymore. She knows that you like her, so ofc she likes to spend time with a person who likes her and makes her feel good, whereas she doesn't give anything in exchange.

I'm finding this to be an interesting topic. It's been my experience that having women who are actually "just friends" is incredibly good on your resume as a human being. I would base my decision on whether you feel she is safe to have as a houseguest and whether you can enjoy her in that capacity without any other expectations. I think for most of us, the challenge is, being the guy who is not trying too hard. You might end up in two years dating her incredible cousin or friend just because you are a decent guy.
