I'll ask girls out again after a week or so. Most of them will forget about your interactions and be open to going out. You only come across as needy if you seem like you want it to work more than they do.

If you're texting them every day, that's needy. If you're still messaging them after a rejection, that's needy. If they're busy and you try again some time later, that's not needy

If you have a "bunch of phone numbers" and none of them could come, it's likely that the numbers are all garbage. This can be remedied by connecting better in those early interactions.

Should I hit them up again?

Nope. It shouldn't be a lot of work to get a girl to agree to meet up. And it should ideally be a number exchange, by the way. Like she got your number and there were some back and forth texts in those first 24 hours that you exchange contact information.

If you're just getting a number and fading out for a few days, that's less effective.
