Roosh has a good opinion on this in Day Bang, he says ask an elderly opener, is that a good chicken?(or whatever food she was eating) Start a question with the two words, "is that". Works pretty well from what I've seen, and it can apply to let's say she's in a coffee shop on her laptop, is that a good laptop? It's a question on what she is doing in her environment.
