I think it takes some before they feel comfortable for that. However, just tease her as much as you would tease outgoing girl. Same thing. Soon or later she will feel comfortable with that

I would say you just do it more subtly. Like when you are teasing or flirting, make it like a little secret between you and her.

This is mostly a matter of being attuned to signals, probably moreso than if you're in a more chaotic social environment with a bunch of people around. Basically, you have to watch for signs that something you said piqued her interest. Then, go into tunnel mode (but, if you're still around other people, do emerge every so often so that you don't come off as too thirsty) and forge that one-on-one connection.

Honestly, if there's any attraction skill that I'm at all good at it, it's this. And it works way better on introverts. I'm not great at the push-pull involved in managing the attention of extroverts in a noisy, people-heavy situation. But sit me down with someone who likes to really dig into conversational meat, and I do pretty well. This is basically how I've made all my friends and girlfriends over the years.

Don't tease, just encourage. Shy girls are easily insulted and get depressed and angry if you show them the least bit of disinterest or mean behavior
