Just use the .gifs on Tinder to re-initiate. Those are a lot of fun and way better than "heeeey". Choose one that's funny to you and might be funny to her. Yes, in that order. You need to entertain yourself before you entertain her.

1 tip to keep in mind, don't stay on too long. Your goal should be to make them feel like you aren't crazy and might be interesting and then move them to a in person meeting. If you tell a joke and you get an lol or smile or anything back, say, you seem really sweet and your super cute, let's grab a drink/coffee, what night are you free. When they respond, suggest a time and place. Once they agree, I say, here's my number, if you want to send me your number, we can switch to text, or we can stay on the ap and exchange info after we meet.
If the send a text, just text back, hey it's X, but don't get into a text convo. You create rapport and attraction in person, not over text. If they say, no, I'd rather stay on the ap, just respond, no problem, a lot of weirdos out there, I know you guys need to protect yourself, well just exchange once we've met. (Your're showing empathy).
Do not ask, hey would you like to meet. Just assume attraction and lead.

Just keep at it. Don’t stick to the same Things. Keep trying new approaches to see what works. Im pretty good At the apps and you’ll come across the chicks where even if you do everything right - don’t mean it’s gonna Work out. These things happen!
