I’m not a photographer, and I’m not working in a club, but this is my advice.
When you are at home, just write some quest that you can ask in some situation.
Ask the same question to several girls, and see if it work. If won’t, then create a new open, and repeat until you find the right quest/words to open.
Then you have to repeat for second quest/routine; third etc.
After some try, you will notice that you automatically know what to say and what to do. This is how it work social skills.

Could you give some examples?

Step 1. Write, for example, your first routine. “Go to a girl and introduce yourself. Then start talking about why you are in that place.”
Step 2. Keep doing this routine until you understand if this routine work, and if work, how you can improve.
Step 3. If it work, keep improving until you automatically create new routines.
Social skill work as nature. You start with an idea, just to help yourself to comunicate. But that idea is wrong, it only help you to start your game. After several open, you will automatically know what to do and how to do.
Social skill is a natural skill of humanity. Everyone know what to do, but your problem is that you have to improve yourself.
PM me if you need other advice.

Thank you for your help! I'll try it this weekend when I work again

It's so easy. This was my game before I learned about pickup. You take lots of photos. Girls will approach you and ask where you are going to post them. Give em your fb. Make them look good in the photos. Cute ones you can tell that you want to do photoshoot with them. You'll have hordes messaging you shortly.
My biggest issue was maintaining a romantic frame rather than her seeing you two as art buddies. I'm bored of photography right now but when I get interested again that's what I'm gonna work on.

show them your dick ? haha j/k I was a photographer when I 1st went out. Its really hard to get any solid leads because your doing your job, however, that is before pua. I think you should really focus on workout out/hitting the gym because you can just be the chill buff dude girls want to hang out with and fuck simple as that.
I take jmulv or his friends sonny advice on why being built works

I have tried this photoshoot thing some times and I got rejected. Maybe I was just being awkward though..
I prefer give each other our fb's and arrange a meeting for one of the next days since I am not the guy who meets girls and takes them back home. Could you give me some tips on asking them their fb or giving mine without being weird?

Usually THEY will ask for my fb because they want to see the photos. They'll ask. They'll message. Have an info card with your fb and number on it. Take photos of a lot of people. Eventually and actually pretty quickly you'll get a reputation for being a photographer. Girls message all the time for that. Then tell the ones thematic you remember, those that really captivated you, that you'd love to meet up and do more photos with them sometime if they are down.

Unfortunately this had never happened. They usually ask me when they will be uploaded and where. We upload them on the company's page so they don't have to get mine to see them. Is there a way I could give them my fb when they ask me that?

Yeah. I mean, if the club prevents you from using images you took on your own fb that's kind of a shit deal. You need some way that you can give girls your info so they can get in touch with you from the photos or else the deal sucks. Fb, the company web page, whatever.

One thing I forgot to mention is that I usually take 1 or 2 of the prettiest girls and take them somewhere else to shoot them. This could be a good opportunity for a small talk but I can't find a way to smoothly give them my fb or ask theirs

Focus on your craft primarily. Work comfort. There's nothing more attractive to a woman than a man focused on his work, having a good time, being driven by their passion. They'll be intrigued and want to see the photos. They'll ask for your info. Once that happens you could say that you'd be interested in working with them again for another idea you fave brewing.
Again, my problem is that I go easily to this and have a hard showing romantic intent. I end up having a bunch of attractive female friends but no romance to show for it. When I get into photography again I'll have to think about this. Actually this thread is getting me thinking.
One way might be to hint at them becoming your muse. Like, "we should get together and talk about our artistic visions. I have a feeling you might turn out to be my muse." The muse, of course, is the longterm romantic obsession of an artist, the motivation to all the art.
