Have you talked to her @ all yet? Try getting her SnapChat and send her funny memes and gauge her interest. Than suggest meeting up for a drink if she's not busy.

Don't worry about it. You never know girls are not logical. Later she may decide she likes you or at least wants to be friends.

Ok, so you should really just ask her and be a man. The fact that you will see her at work is a little awkward, but at the same time, think about it, you won't work there forever and then you may lose her if she starts dating someone or something. You know girls are always talking to at least 2-3 guys so if one of them becomes more than just a guy she is talking to you will be kicking yourself you didn't have the balls to ask her.

That being said, here is how you can do it.

Somewhat Direct: Go up to her, start up a light conversation, ask her a "looping" question for example, You:"What's the most famous person you've ever spoken to?". Her:Blah blah You: "Oh I met ____ at this restaurant called ____" (tell her about the most famous person you met but change setting to be a restaurant). You: Do you go out drinking? Her Yes ..blah blah (the point of the previous question is to get her to say yes). You What's your favorite/go-to drink order? Her: blah blah You: You know, you seem very interesting, lets grab a drink after work sometimes this week. Her: Ok sure. You: Let me get your number so I can text you my go to place.
Direct: Go up to her and say "____(name), you seem like a really cool/fun/interesting person, I'd love to get to know you, lets exchange numbers."
Indirect Get some coworker if you have some and ask them to go for a drink after work. Go up to the girl start up some light conversation and then say "Oh, me and ___ are going to grab drinks, you should come." Wait for a response. "Let me get your number, I'll text you where, we still don't know where". This is not the ideal way because you basically put yourself in the friend zone and you have to have a strong text game and must escalate physically during the coworker gathering to create a man to woman frame.

Just get crazy for 5 seconds and ask her without thinking. If she says no, f*** it. Who cares. Don't live with fear of rejection. Odds are, she's going to say yes.
