IOIs are easy (unless it's their job to be overly friendly). One might be a coincidence. Two might be but less chance. Three is pushing it. More than that, she's rolling out the red fucking carpet.

Early bird gets the worm. If a woman makes eye contact then exposes her neck/flicks her hair, approach and say hi. Worst thing is it goes nowhere. More likely, she'll admire your confidence and emotional intelligence.

I want to know this too, but I have noticed if they notice that I'm checking them out. They change their posture and do it again. I think it's intentional. (Usually when sitting) I think it's a sign of interest(don't quote me on this) but this is just from what I've observed as well. Maybe it's an open indicator they want to be approached?

irrelevant. That is reactive to them. You're waiting for an invitation? Just assume they're attracted to you since you're awesome. And be at the cause. Do not wait for a warm approach.
