I find most guys at your age that are still virgins is because they really don't care enough, the guys that get laid a lot always talk about sex, who was the hot girl, where were the cool parties at, they went to all the parties, socialize and increased their chances.

If it's so obvious that people just tell you without you telling them about it: Work on changing that.

Get a haircut. Shave the shitty beard. Buy clothes. Fix your posture. Get your teeth checked out. Buy skin care products. Start reading on game until you are confident enough to talk to a woman without your body throwing a nervous breakdown on you.
