This is the exact same as the nerves you get when approaching an attractive girl you don't know. Just put yourself in this situation more often and try to go further and further each time.

You'll get over those nerves probably faster than you get over the fear of approaching to be quite honest. Maybe because pushing past the point of nervousness results in more pleasure via sex as opposed to pushing past the point of nervousness in an approach where you just get a girl smiling at you.
