What’s the best way to meet girls in bars and what tips do you have for a newcomer to the scene?

I primarily game at the bar scene but getting back into daygaming. I think it's a bit easier to approach at a bar since you are both drinking or you are at least both out to have a good time. Be prepared for 2+ sets though and bring a wingman if you have one. Sometimes you get a cutie who is at the bar all on her own. Those are fun and usually work out for the better.

Get really good at reading body language and work on your eye contact (seriously). Also, don't immediately go for the number close, try going to an actual close or an insta-date. Be prepared to be reject a lot before you get a bite. For tips, just tip normally. If you're a dancer use that to open girls (literally dance with them on the dance floor). Don't be afraid of getting rejected, be prepared to game on your own with no wingman. Know when to leave a bar if your game feels off. I like to stick with bars that have a loud section and a chill section. You won't get much gaming done in a bar that has wall to wall people and its loud and everyones dancing sure it's fun and you may get lucky grinding some chick, but forget talking to them. Simply too loud.

don't be afraid to go out by yourself, really makes you get out of your comfort zone quick. And just be social and friendly with everyone, talk to everyone who's around you, guys girls, couples, groups. But above all, make sure you enjoy yourself and if you find yourself on "the wall" with a bunch of other dudes find your way to the middle of the dance floor and just let loose.

The best thing you can do at first is to get comfortable in a bar setting. You want to become comfortable approaching and meeting new people in general, not just girls. Two things that really helped me get better at this is, first understanding what bitch butterflies are.

Bitch Butterflies- This is the feeling of nervousness right when you initially think about approaching a social situation.

This is something that almost every single person experiences on a day-to-day basis.

But the amazing thing I learned is that this is always the worst in the beginning of social interactions. For example, assume you are at a party. You will feel these bitch butterflies very strongly before you go and talk to that first girl. But let’s say you talk to 15 new girls that night, odds are the bitch butterflies will be pretty much non-existent before you go approach that 16th girl.

This concept taught me the importance of social lubrication.

Along with being nervous, your first few approaches will most likely be your worst. The reason for this is that you aren’t “warmed up” to talking to people yet. Your creative juices aren’t flowing and the conversation will most likely be very standard and boring.

This is fine.

Push through the awkwardness.

My first approaches are always my worst and it used to scare me knowing this. I had to re-frame my mindset to think of it simply as practice.

The second thing that helped me tremendously was to start doing rapid-fire approaches.

DO NOT wait a long time in between your approaches.

In fact, I would say anything longer than 30 seconds is too long. Once one conversation ends, GO IMMEDIATELY to the next person and open up a conversation. What you say DOES NOT matter. Say any random thing that comes to mind.

Bring up crazy topics (BE POLARIZING).

I say ridiculous shit all the time when I approach new people, especially girls, and none of it matters if you come in with confidence and purpose. I’ve gone up to a group of 6-7 girls at a bar, by myself, and said “What’s up ladies. How do you all feel about midget porn? Thumbs up or thumbs down.” A few of them laughed but they all gave me thumbs down.

Thumbs down…shocking… I know.

But we moved past that and they ended up being really cool and we had a really fun interaction.

The key here is to make it fun for YOU.

If you can laugh about it even if they don’t, then you are in very good shape. Keep doing that until you reach this social state of mind. If you’ve ever experienced it, you know what I mean. If not, you will understand once you get out there and try it.

One huge last thing is you don't want to focus on too many things when you go out. It will be so overwhelimg at first and your goal is to one-by-one practice these techniques until you internalize them and they become a part of who you are. Focus on one thing at a time so for example go out and practice only eye-contact, only rapid-fire approaching, only physical escalation, only push/pull, etc...
