You look fine. Go onto /r/malehairadvice and figure out the best thing to do. You're not ugly. I'm not going to pretend balding isn't a disadvantage, but it's not a game ender. It's only a game ender if you decide to give up anyways. Continue learning game. You also look like you need more sleep.

Try shaving your head and beard. If you can grow out your mustache if not shave it. Then see how that looks, or you could try growing everything out as much as you can. Try working out some, build up some muscle to take away attention from your face (no offense), plus if you have a good body but a average/below average face its better then being chubby with an average/below average face

Shave that hair, it's not hiding anything. Get that beard down a level or two. Hit the gym, do weights. keep your carbs under 60 grams a day to reduce face bloat. Get some sun.

After a year of HARD WORK you'll see much better results.
