Maybe this isn't the right sub for this as this isn't about pick up or self-improvement in regards to 'seduction'.

But online dating is one of the tools I utilize to get myself out there. However, I don't really have a good picture of myself. I'm a bit of a goofball in a lot of my pictures (more unintentional than not) , and I feel like what I have don't really represent me well.

I have a decent style, and I'm complimented by others from time to time on my fashion and my hair. Also been in the best shape of my life. But I feel like I capture none of that in my pictures.

Any ideas on how to have more pictures of myself? If you indulge in online dating at all, where did you get the pictures of yourself? Are selfies acceptable?

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!
