Any visual cues that women give off in public that show they are open and seeking attention (clothing, walk, glancing looks, etc)?

I do not seem to notice when a woman is flirting or showing interest until it's too late. Just curious if there are some cues that women give by saying or doing, which generally indicate she is interested in you and not the weather.
