How do you organize the piles of numbers you get when you start doing lots of approaches (I'm practicing this in particular as it's my weak area)? I have an iPhone so my questions are particular to its Phone/Contacts app. Do you have a system for managing numbers in the app? Or is there a better third party app for this?

First, on my iPhone you can't sort by Recent so it's hard to find who I just added. This also makes it difficult to delete them.

Second, a lot of girls just put in their first name so I get multiple identical "Jennifers" for example. Since I can't sort by Recent I often can't figure out which one I met today to text later.

Third, my formerly organized contacts list gets flooded with all these approach numbers (again largely due to the inability to sort by date added to remove them).
