Alright, this happened an hour ago so I apologize for any typos and such in advance since I still feel really angry at myself right now, so bad that I just want to punch myself in the face.

So I usually workout in the morning, but this time I've skipped my regular hours and my usual gym near the office and decided to go this very small (insert famous chain of gyms) in my neighborhood. I check in and drop my jacket in the locker which is located in the workout area, right behind me walks in a cute blonde drops her belongings in. I look at her, wow cute. The workout begins I do my regular routine and she was kind of frustrated with her workout since was a pretty small gym and most of the machines were taken. Occasionally I would look at her, just glances never stare, I think she was looking at her phone at one point and I think I saw it was a dating app.

Now I'm thinking I like her, she's cute, I could say something, I could ask how was her workout orr does she like the gym, or does she workout here often I don't know anything!! But then i realized that I haven't approached anyone organically long time since all the dating apps are around. And this is where the fight with my inner monologue begins: (noo whyy bother, she is most likely not attracted to you, she is clearly not interested, are you crazy you smell like rotten eggs right now, just go home and fucking take a shower and sleep)

At the end she wraps up her workout at the same time, we are both near the locker, she takes off her headphones, chance to say something (literary nothing comes out of my mouth) I put my jacket on and walk out, she is walking out behind me, I hold the door for her: Her: "thanks" Me: "y.. yeah.. :) " She walks out and proceeds in a different direction I walk home and hate myself. FUCK
