Lots of girls like attention and pretending they want to meet you is the easiest way to string you along for a little longer. This is why it's a common rule to use text only for planning real world meetups.

She can probably sense that you're overinvested in her, and if as you say she's not that attractive she's probably wondering why.

She's probably got someone else and you kept her amused for a few weeks at the time, it's just what girls do. Find 3 more to focus on and you'll forget about her.

They just aren't into you man. You gotta move on. The snap chat photos could be a core to it for multiple reasons like, but not limited to

They don't really like what they see, even though you think your ripped and hot. Some people aren't into that. Or they may like it for a snap but don't want it in a physical sense.
The snap pics could be intimidating and complete opposite of 1 but still the issue.
They may think your a player since your spreading your stuff so easily over snap. Or that you are mainly conversing over those apps vs call or text. To me I consider them shady means of communication and used by people that aren't on the up and up.
They just aren't into you and are trying not to be rude.
