Find a different girl. If concentrating on yourself and doing different hobbies does not help then maybe find a different girl.

Find a girl that could be better than the girl you liked before. I know this is difficult since you were "super into" that girl but it is not impossible.

remember it. Everyone here is telling you to forget, i say don't.You want to know why? Because you didn't let yourself get rejected. If you didn't actually approach her, remember how you feel. Remember that feeling of letting an opportunity pass you by.

The next time you see someone you might like, think back to her, think back to what waiting did to you.Maybe you wouldve got rejected but at least then, youd know for a fact.

I recently heard that a earworm ( a song stuck in your head) happens when a thought feels incomplete.The way to get over the earworm is to sing the end of the song in your head.The reason she's stuck in your head is because mentally, you left the interaction with her incomplete.

The next time you see a someone you have a crush on, approach them, ask about them, ask them out.Rejection will haunt you for a much shorter time than the "thoughts of what could have been"
