Dont approach at the gym, people are there for a serious workout. If there is a smoothie shop or something like that close by try to run into her there.

I disagree with all the "do not approach" advice. Even if they are wearing headphones. Gym is actually a very social place and its natural to get to talk to people there. Just talk to both guys and girls.

Anyway, I can tell you my story.

I've picked up a girl once at the gym. We had similar timings and I saw her often. One day, I just went up and told her that she was doing some exercise incorrectly and she should do it like this instead. Then we started talking, a couple of minutes everytime we saw each other for a few days. A wave hi across the gym floor. One day I just told her (little awkwardly) if I could have her number, would be nice to have a work-out partner. And she was more than happy to oblige.

Later I learnt (after we became friends) that she had sensed I was eyeing her and I was very scared when I approached her for the first time. So, all in good sport!

If you're benching or doing something like shoulders with dumbells ask for a spot. If they're doing a workout when she's resting approach and ask her for help with what she's doing like what form is good ect.. when approaching girls in the gym keep the convo gym related till you build that rapport then you can ask for number or whatever...

It's not impossible, however: only approach them while they're resting at a certain machine/set, and you want to use that same machine/weights etc. Ask anything like how many sets do you have left etc. Then if they seem receptive then ask questions about them and their workout passions. If you feel a decent connection ask if you want work out sometime, and then go for a number. If not, then just go for a IG/Messenger instead and go from there. But don't blatantly hit on them and never go direct.

Don’t interrupt while they are working on a set or have their headphones in, but as others said a gym is a social place where it’s normal to wave and say hi to people you recognize. Then after waiving once, ask their name if they are at the water fountain or packing up at the same time, use 30 seconds to hook with a light story or joke, then next time you run into her ask another 30 second question or comment. As others noted, obviously working out is a mutual interest so you can discuss that. Build until you find something in common, then ask to coffee or smoothie after the workout to discuss. It’s fine to make friends in the gym and then use time outside the gym to turn it sexual.

So , I've never actually pulled a girl from my gym because that's not why I'm there , but most of my friends actually do .

Here are some pointers :

1) There is no cold approach in the gym , its a social environment , so talk to everybody there , be friends with the owner ( increases your status) , the girl will come and talk to you one way or another if you are very social , if not , then approach her , she wouldn't mind as she'd think that your just the social guy.

2) Don't talk to her for more than 5-10 mins , because she has to get back to her shit and would think you're too clingy .

3) Schedule a work out with her , but keep in mind this : you should not try super hard to impress her by benching 315 . After the workout ask her if she wanna drink a smoothie or stuff like that .

4) If she says she's busy , it's ok .You have all the time to bed her . If not , keep attracting and comforting her , if possible take her home after that.If not , do the following :

5) Talk to her every time you meet, but don't be too nice , be cocky funny all the time , DHV a lot and disqualify your self from time to time and make sure she's hooked .

6) Ask her again for a date , this time she should be okay going home with you , because everything has been set up for days . She's attracted , comforted and she should feel that she gamed you .

Remember you should have gotten in bed with her within a week or so from first talking to her . I've never seen any one drag this for more than 3 workout sessions.

Read Magic Bullets- Savoy , it really helps . Although I'm biased cause I'm more of an indirect approach guy.
