Bookstores. Its very low pressure because people aren't walking to get anywhere and its also a very chill and low energy environment. The presence of bookshelves also means you'll be a little isolated with the girl you want to talk to so you wont have that much social pressure from onlookers and if you strike out, very few people if not just you and the girl will know about it.
