Do something that's outside of your comfort zone every day. It could be as simple as smiling at a cute girl as you walk past her. If you want your life to be different, you have to consciously make a change.

Check out some RSD videos and just keep putting yourself out there. It’s really a numbers game.

Guy A: goes out and talk to three women, gets turned down, and goes home dejected and jerks off.

Guy B: goes out and approaches 3 women, gets turned down and continues to approach until finally, after 15 approaches achieves success.

Don’t sell yourself short, you’ve come a long way from who you were and you deserve improvement in any aspect of life you apply yourself to consistently.
