When I first started reading TRP, I read a post that included a woman inviting the guy out to the bar with her friends. He handled it well, and basically got across that he doesn't want to hang out with her friends, and be an nth wheel. I couldn't find that post, so I figured I would ask.

The girl I have been trying to make a plate has invited me to hang out with her at campus today, and then told me that I "get to meet her friends that she sings with in an accopello group." Fuck that dude, I don't need to hang out with her tumblrettes. I was thinking something along the lines of "I'm going to the gym today, I can see you afterwards." But I don't know how Ill dodge her agenda if she then says "oh they're here all night." without seeming rude.

How do I go about telling her that I just want to see her? I forgot what he guy said in the post.
