Confidence is key. You've heard this expression from many different people in many different ways. Confidence is essential to seduction because the law of attraction is a self-fulfilling prophecy. In order to not fret about women you have to come to the realization that a women's opinion of you shouldn't dictate your actions but in order to come to this realization you have to have familiarity with women. I'm so adamant about putting yourself out there to my friends who are interested in seduction because until you put yourself out there you'll never develop the demeanor that women look for in a man.

Sometimes rapport is a slow grind. The moment this expression becomes a realization in your life is the moment you should notice a change in your frame from a worrisome fretful one to a more nonchalant reserved one. All in all what this means is don't be discouraged if things don't seem to be working out in the immediate term. Whether you're out spitting game, building a relationship with someone, or even bridging the gap with someone at work, rapport isn't always an immediate thing. Being able to pull back from a relationship/interaction that is toxic to your psyche is one of the sexiest things you can learn to do. Holding steadfast to your beliefs as a man in the face of someone who challenges them is one of the most difficult things you should be learning to overcome. All too many times in my life I've let peoples opinion of me dictate the reactions I give them. I've found myself more times than not gripped by nice guy syndrome thus conforming to the wills of women as I saw fit because that's what I thought women look for in a man. I don't mean disagreeing with everyone who challenges you either. Simply put it's my philosophy that everyone should think freely, express themselves, but be open to the opinion of others. That means not fretting when your expectations don't line up with what life throws at you. Who cares if things don't work out entirely? Enjoy the present moment because life doesn't care if you like how it turns out. Life doesn't ask for your opinion and truthfully life is a blessing in itself so you should appreciate what you can in every moment.

Stop beating yourself out if when things don't work out like you expected. Start learning to appreciate life for what it is and understand that life is happenstance. Sometimes rapport is a slow grind.
