Understanding we know nothing is the first step you can take in your walk towards a more fulfilled life. As men, a lot of times we get so caught up in the "thrill of the hunt" we forget about the many things that encompass who we are as people. It's easy to reflect on the things that affect seduction in the immediate term because we're people of convenience, but we're so concerned of the then and now we often forget that the many thoughts and ideas we have as people are intertwined without even realizing it.

I've often heard it said in the seduction community to focus on your life/purpose first and worry about the chase second. I believe this is the case because A well rounded focus improves the quality of the information we understand and conceptualize. What I mean by this is a lot of information we possess goes through a filter. Since life is filled with happenstance the experiences that make up who we are as people is constantly being checked against what we already have come to learn and understand. We're all people who arrive to the point we do in life through our understanding of the things we learn around us. Without even realizing it, everything we learn builds off each other. An example would be confidence indirectly improving eye contact. You can work on your confidence without your focus being eye contact and still see an improvement in eye contact because confidence is related to it. Confidence can also indirectly improve an individuals ability to hold frame, or steadfast to their convictions. If someone is more confident in who they are as a person they'll be more inclined to speak up if something is said to challenge their beliefs. That's because everything we come to learn is constantly being ran against each other, ever changing and improving.

So here are ten things to learn that aren't seduction and how they're related to seduction. Hopefully by the end of the list you'll be a little bit more familiar with being people of change. It's my hope that you'll understand the importance of learning and realize that knowledge builds on top of itself. The biggest thing to understand is this process takes time. Although it is possible to learn game and see immediate improvements sometimes, it's my belief that a more rounded focus will yield the best results because knowledge stacks.

1. Speed reading

~ Learning how to read quicker can lead to learning quicker. (This example makes it a little easier to understand what I mean.)

~ Could improve your working memory as it relates to words.

~ Improved working memory could lead to being more witty, or having more banter in conversation. Working memory is whats responsible for manipulating information in your head. Its like the RAM in a computer.

2. Mindfulness

~ Separating yourself from your inhibitions.

~ Improved focus.

~ Critical thinking. Changing the way you think about your thoughts.

~ Improved frame, emotional intelligence, making sound choices under stressful situations.

10. The ability to read music

~ Understanding how music is read on a page shifts your mindset on music in ways you don't even realize. Conceptualizing a freestyle rap, the ability to read music can allow someone to assign rhythm values to words and associate those values to notes.

So what?

I hope this wasn't information overload. What I really wanted to elevate on is the importance of information and how its intertwined with itself. A strong well rounded focus is something that's often easy to say, but harder to understand. Something like learning how to shave is simple when we talk about it as the task at hand it is, but a more conceptualized understanding could be that it's a survival instinct that's passed on from a man to his son. I could infer that a man who doesn't know how to shave may not of had a deeper understanding of his father as a person. But a conceptualized view with even more depth may be that a man who doesn't know how to shave may not understand their father as a person because relationships are two fold.

Knowing is different than understanding and understanding has many levels. Just like the information we learn on an everyday basis, people evolve and constantly go through change.
