If you are relatively new in dating, I would suggest cougars for a couple of reasons.

1) Realizing they are hitting the wall, they are not so choosy as they once were. 2) Having been burned by some alphas, they'll start to look for saving graces such as their intelligence (if they like brains). 3) Unlike young girls who are inexperienced and feeling insecure performing some moves, cougars really love doing it, even more so if you get them liquored up. And they are really aggressive in the sack.

Cougars may not be long term, but they'll help build up your confidence vibe; something that younger girls will notice and want to be with you (based on women desiring men from preselection).
