It is retarded but that's how you learn. Even if you read every material, it takes practice to translate them into action. You WILL fuck up, you WILL burn yourself multiple times. After your learn to deal with the fuck ups and burns you will know yourself how to break the ice.

Unless you really find something amusing, smiling can come off as insecure and desperate remarkably quickly. Never force yourself to smile in a social interaction.

Say whatever is applicable at the time. Even if the only thing you can comment on is the weather. What is important is coming off as confident, not what you are actually talking about. If you find something amusing smile.

Do not have anything planned. The only thing you should plan on is being in a positive, teasing mood.

When starting with a canned ice breaker, then you actually need it to be good (and yours is awful). Because if it is not good and poorly applicable for the situation at hand, you will come off as weird.

Yes, you might and probably will. Just start a normal conversation with her as if she's a male friend. She'll judge you by your confidence (and your looks) anyway, not by what you're saying.

But even the most retarded opener is better than none.

Confidence. Literally the worst thing that can happen is she screams "rape" and you get a good laugh out of it.

The only bad thing that is likely to happen is she doesn't reciprocate and you get a laugh out of it.

The two most important things in life are confidence and the ability to laugh at (and learn from) your own mistakes.
