My last ex was exactly this girl. It was hard as fuck to leave her after almost a year of dating but I knew it was a toxic relationship. We tried a friends with benefits type thing but like with most, it didn't work out for me. We even lived in the same town and she would accuse me of cheating when I was out with the boys and would even send selfies sometimes lol(this was apart of the toxicity). It hurt when I completely let her off because she begged me to stay but I knew I deserved a better relationship. Fast forward to my gf right now: I had crazy trust issues and the roles were practically reversed from my previous relationship. I was now the insecure one and she was the one having to deal with it. Thankfully, she is amazing and stuck it out with me while I tried my hardest to change and be better. Today me and her trust and love each other and have an amazing relationship.

What you should take out of my story is that even if it hurts right now, removing a tumor always hurts. But when you start living a life tumor-free, you'll love it. It starts putting things into perspective and you'll even become a better person for going through it. My only advice afterwards is to not bring those trust issues into your next relationship like I did. Shit made it hard and I was just fortunate my gf had the patience she had.

Im going through the exact thing except ive been with this crazy chick for 4 years and ive done a lot of shit thats messed up. Youre better off by yourself doing your own thing. Youll get lonely sometimes but its totally fine. Find ways to feel good and have fun
