If she is really nothing more than your friend with benefits surely it doesn't matter if she chases you? That kind of relationship is so casual that to even have to "end it" so officially is unnecessary. I would say just be more chilled out with it. It doesn't need to end and if it does it can just stop gradually because it doesn't matter. If you're more bothered about her maybe having others then find some more of your own. Again, it shouldn't matter if she's got more fuck buddies but whatever helps.

It sounds like you only hit her up to fuck. That’s not feelings bro lol. Being on her period is not a valid reason why you guys can’t hangout. You are only caught up in a lack of options or some shit like that.
