Do you really care if she has a boyfriend? You want her so go for her the same as you would any other girl. What’s the worst thing that could happen? She says no. The best way it could play out would be that you find your life partner and she is okay with you/you and her fucking other girls and maybe even encourages it. The medium place is where you just hang out and fuck a few times and enjoy one another and move on.

Simple. Go up to her and the first words out of your mouth should be “Are you single?” This let’s her know immediately why you’re talking her and a lot of girls like the straight-forwardness. However, if her initial interest just from the looks of you and how you present yourself isn’t quite high enough then she’ll tell you no even if she is. It doesn’t give you the opportunity to raise her interest.

Some may tell you do "cold reading" but honestly the only way is if she tells you about it, so be direct and they may tell you if they are single (be aware that some may lie and date you).
