Step 1: buy a dog

Step 2: go walk the dog in an area with women

Step 3: be nice and friendly to anyone talking to you about your dog

If you're starting out to conquer approach anxiety like I did (am), I found it helpful to start with a smaller goal. Give it all a shot and see where you're at, but this what what I set out to do:

Say hi to people as you walk past
Ask random questions of a stranger
Compliment a girl as you walk past
Approach a girl and compliment
Approach and start a conversation
Approach and flirt

If you're past this stage, props to you! Otherwise, force yourself to try what you're up to every day, but if you can't do it then let it pass and find another chance.

You should consider my book called Make Women Chase You. It contains 25 fully laid out approaches, which are basically incremental steps designed to baby-step the reader into approaching women. The book also heavily emphasizes confidence and conversation. You can learn more about it here if interested.
