Invite her out to a fun activity. But frame it as a group activity with other ppl.

The key is to only have other women join ya. :)

Say “hey me and two friends of mine are doing __________ next week/weekend/Wednesday. Would you like to join us? No pressure, but I bet you’ll enjoy yourself.”

Then make the two other friends women. (Always have 6+ lady friends)

It lets you flirt with her without having competition and without it seeming like a date. Plus then your girlfriends can convince her to hangout with them in the future and let’s you hang out with the target in future without you having to organize.

I would try to look very needy with it. A simple “I’m sorry” might help. You can do a “I’ll leave you alone” also.
