You're meant to channel it into something, whether that's walking up to this girl in the street, or wrecking yourself in the gym, or painting some shocking artwork.

Trust me when I say staring at 1000 hot girls on dating apps is basically porn replacement, if you hadn't realised. If you're just burning hours doing that it's exactly the same thing.

Sup OP, I also have an insanely high sex drive. So I've been where you are right now, numerous times. To that I say expend that extra sexual energy into a different activity. Maybe some other hobby. If you can't do that then when you reach a tipping point, jerk it before you go to the clubs. You will feel much more relaxed and won't be as hard pressed to get laid. It has helped me.

That's not a high sex drive, that's a healthy sex drive that you keep repressing. Every time you don't approach a woman you find attractive you're basically saying "this is too much to handle".

Porn, dating apps, stalking socials... They all give you the buzz that sex gives you without any of the challenge or risk. Now you are faced with a dilemma - approaching women is scary because you've been conditioned to getting that gratification digitally.
