Asked a really cute woman out yesterday, she has a ton of style and was just quirky enough to maybe go out with me. Anyways, she smiled and said: “I have a girl friend.”

Oops but whatever. I kind of said something like yeah that’s a problem, nodded and walked off.

I’ve gotten the I have a boyfriend / am seeing someone a couple of times after approaching and asking for a date / phone number recently, and haven’t really figured out a graceful way to bail. What’s your goto way to call it a wrap, say something nice, and retreat after being shot down?
