Listen to people carefully. Maintain eye contact, but look away when they stutter or misspeak, it will make them at ease. Be knowledgeable on a litany of topics. Ask thought provoking questions when they stop speaking. People love when you engage them like Barbara Walters, everyone wants to be admired, understood, and made to feel important.

Stop giving a fuck about it or just dont think about it. If youre good at talking when you dont know they like you then either keep that thought from running in your head or accept it for what it is and move on.

Try meditation or just thinking and deeply writing about this issue so for example if boys being into you makes you feel x and that's not what you want because y then what do you want to feel instead and what would you need to do to feel z instead? Really get down to the root cause of it and you may find what you lack thats keeping you from feeling secure and confident.

Maybe visualize a rejection and realise that it doesn't matter and even if its akward you avoided the bigger pain of feeling out control.
