You are.

You haven't even begun to see either of these girls, and you're already thinking about complications. The universe where you see both girls, it's a natural hit with each and both want to continue is the least likely universe, so energy spent worrying over it is most likely energy wasted.

Going forward though, it's typically assumed that fwb situations are non-exclusive. So unless your friend tells you that a) she wants to be exclusive or b) she's totally cool with it and wants you to feel open to talk about it, there's no real reason you should over-disclose the other parts of your personal life.

If you hit it off with online-dating-girl, the same will apply to her.

Dating multiple people isn't too complicated. Just respect each person, don't be dishonest, and always use protection.
