So there's this girl who i have gone out with a couple of times. It didn't amount to anything even though it was fun and all. I admit i might have looked needy probably because i pushed a bit too hard trying to build rapport and attraction.

Over a year ago she told me we should get something to eat together. I always tell her that whenever she wants right away... But she doesn't text back or won't let me know anything. I think i have told her a couple of times when i was available for her and it ends up the same.

This has been happening for the last year. Everytime she texts back i feel as if a new chance has arrived. What to do? Maybe i shouldn't respond this time? Be more dry or serious on my convos? Act like i don't care? I think my principal problem would be to not be able to build enough attraction to make her REALLY want to to go out.
