What is your real goal? Do you want to have sex with her, or do you want a relationship? Is it maybe just that your ego is bruised? Depending on your answer to those questions there are a few things one could advise. If you just want sex, you should not pursue that anymore, since she seems to have a lot of mental issues, having panic attacks is not a good sign. If you want a relationship, it's the same. She will not be good for you or anyone in this state. If it just your ego, just remind yourself at the fact that she was playing games with you (the intentional ignorance towards you) and you don't need that in your life anyways, hence there is nothing of value that you have lost.

Waste of time. Imagined that you wrote an essay about something useful and not just some dumb woman. Act disinterested for a week, then invite her to your place for dinner. If she doesn't come over, completely disengage.
