Instead of stressing about this date, overthinking before it, try looking for the next one. Girl that you are meeting probably has 2-3 dates already lined up. If you are anxious in general, best you can do is to treat all of it like a "gathering experience" adventure.
Try warming up before this date. Call somebody. Small talk with every person you can during your way there. Go out earlier and do something fun before. If you have fun to share, that's independent from a girl, then you are more emotionally immune, more grounded. If your life and day is in shreds, if you are in taking mode instead of giving, then forget it, you will rely on her good reactions to lift you up.
You can't really know if a girl that you are meeting is more about fwb, ons or ltr. Figure it out quick. If she wants to buy bread from you, don't sell her eggs.
Express yourself without a filter. Get excited about your actions, not her reactions. You can't control her. You can control how you act. You can have really good time just because you were acting just like a strong, confident man you want to be (obviously respecting her boundaries), even if it turns out she's not attracted.
You can't go wrong with just going through the motions of pulling her back to your/her place for sex. Without it there's no game, no emotions, no direction. Girls hate when there's no wind, nothing to resist, nothing to feel. Date without guy trying to pull at least subtly is like a car trying to race without engine. If she's not into it, don't worry, she will pull the brakes. But at least she will feel that you are confident (that you believe it can happen, that this assumption is present in your actions) and you are "dancing with her". Don't stress about it, just do it. Figure out her logistics, turn her on with sexy talk and physical escalation and baby step her to bed. You might be surprised, because this might be exactly the thing she expects from you.
In general, just give her good time, emotions. Don't try to be interesting, just be interested.
