Result will vary depending how attractive you are. Better looking you are, the easier it will be naturally

took me 1 year of grinding and inner work to get my self-esteem to an ok place, eliminate neediness. took me half a year to get comfortable and fluent in technique, another half a year to get more or less advanced. fix the deeper issues and the rest comes pretty easily
