Srry the title is fucked

So I get dm'ed after a night out by random chicks I met and got their instas and shit mostly everytime I go out.

Basically I have no idea how to respond when they say they like me. My goal is not to completely shut them down (cause they usually have hot friends and are fun to chill/dance with)

I've got "wow you have quite the dance moves" "I had such a big crush on you last night" "you're actually cute" And more,

I don't want to just completement them back for no reason but also don't wanna be a cocky dick.

Best way to handle this when they are intertwined already with my social group?
