Literally my same situation last year. I think there are many factors that contribute to it.

No spark or escalation. Women think and act based on emotions. If the date doesn’t have a “spark” they won’t think you’re the right guy moving forward. I believe that this “spark”can be fabricated.

I’ve been reading the book How to make anyone fall in love with you by Leil Lowndes ( wouldn’t highly recommend.) she talks about many ways to get someone to like you more. The obvious stuff strong eye contact, good posture, and speaking slowly. She also talks about ego stroking and mimicking the person phrases to seem more similar and compatible.

If you’re going one date and having friendly conversations you’re doing it all wrong. YOU MUST ESCALATE. Touch her in some way, if you see the opportunity go for a kiss. Create tension. Most women don’t feel sexual tension when they are with their guy friends if you aren’t building tension and trying to make a move you’ll end up getting nowhere.

You’re not their best option. Every women above a 5.5 has options. If she says she doesn’t have options that really means she don’t like the options that she has. We all have a preference or type and you just might not be what they attract to. I’m not talking all about looks. We call get along better with people are “type.”
The only wanted attention and validation. We live in a time where we can get attention with a post of picture or tweet. These women seeked some type of validation from you. When they got they were satisfied and were ready to move on.
You’re trying to hard. I believe relationship can’t be forced and they must grow organically. You can’t seek a relationship with women. Chances are you will come off as desperate. Relationship take a long time to develop. Some women are ready sooner than others. You have to be patient and no seek a relationship, but let a connection have form into one.

Don’t feel down on yourself. Reflect on these dates. Find out what went wrong find out what went right. Keep trying. One of the best quote I’ve heard was “ insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting a different result” change up your approach and you’ll be fine.

Take a step back and examine your game, try to understand what are your weak points. Read up more on the date phase of game and just hammer out what's gonna work for you. We learn game mostly through trial and error, but if you're hitting up against the same wall over and over you have to take the time to take a step back and reassess.

Tinder? Loads of women are after one offs, always were. There's no great secret to it, it probably just means your game was good enough to f**k above your standards.
