One of my Bro's has a gf who is friends with this girl so she came over to our apartment to pregame a party. I didnt go out of my way to give her attention. She comes over to me and is like I havent seen you in a long time and grabs my butt which is kinda weird I think? When were about to leave for the party she kisses me on the lips. Yes she still has a BF? Slut so clearly id smash but nothing more.

Later at the party im talking to some friends and she comes over to me and puts her hand on my crotch and again kisses me. Shes going to another party and then she tells me "Next time im all yours."

How would you normally approach this? Text her sometime next weekend? Wait for her to contact me?
