don't start with flirting. Start with chatting and work your way up to flirting. However, all females love flattery.

There are a lot of things I know now I wish I knew back when I was 15. I made maaaaany mistakes with girls when I was younger, things I don't do nowadays. My advice for you is: look up for those common mistakes, look up for ways to approach and talk to girls and how to deal with rejection. The book by Corey Wayne helped me a lot starting to understand my mistakes and then I moved on learning from other sources.

Firstly, don't show them ur username.

Secondly, be funny and confident. At 15, I used to always be very straight up about compliments too. Don't be afraid to tell a girl you like her dress in front of her friends. In fact, at 15, doing it in front of her friends promotes BDE i.e.confidence.

Just be funny to be honest.
