Somebody wanted me to post this so here it is. This is how I act on a day to day basis and it takes a lot of work and dedication. If you want to be an attractive guy here is how you do it. This is what has gotten me approach signals from women. This is how you stay the fuck out of your head. This is exactly what I do and you can do it too.

  1. Walk with your shoulders back.

  2. Don't look down and pay attention to your eye movement.

  3. Don't fidget while you walk and look around too much. Concentrate on where you're going only. Ignore other people and only talk to them if there frame breaks due to your behavior. My goal is to break their frame first. You want them to react to your behavior. That's the trick.

  4. Eye-contact is a must for an ALPHA. Just don't do it to guys expect when you're in a business meeting with other superiors. Note: if a girl doesn't want to flirt with you just let it go. Don't force it and above all don't react to it.

  5. Don't fidget. Don't itch, don't scratch, and don't submit to other men. Ignore them completely. If they acknowledge you, acknowledge them. I have had girls completely ignore me at work and say Hi to someone else that I was talking to. The next time I walked past one of them I turned my head the other way. Don't take shit from anyone. It puts them in their head and they will start to chase your validation.

  6. Lead.

  7. Don't explain yourself. If you do you are coming across as more feminine.

  8. Stand wider than normal and take up space. (Do this while you give eye-contact) It helps relieve the tension in your body and relaxes the other person.

  9. Dress nice or wear close that fit.

  10. Work out. I don't lol but it will maximize your results. I'm naturally strong.

  11. Walk directly from A to B. There is no in between. Turn your body and not your head. Be safe of course.
