[SERIOUS] Asian dudes, has your dating life been as racially biased & difficult as mine?

You strike me as someone who doesn't have a FOB accent but still thinks in the timid Asian mindset, which is just run of the mill nice guy syndrome in Western culture. Brutal truth time, Asian men are not weak, you are. If the girl is willing to just transition like that on a dime, you probably didn't hold her attention at all, and she probably couldn't even remember what you said 30 seconds ago because she's been trying to shake the convo 30 minutes ago. I'm a 5'5 Chinese guy, so I've been there. That being said, I've also done a lot crazy non-sexual shit in my youth even though I was a soft spoken teenager.

If you're like any other vanilla Asian guy who's struggling in dating, it's probably because your character is very predictable, and you're trying to tread lightly as you approach the final trigger pull. Problem with being predictable is that people can already forecast everything you can ever possibly say after the first 10 minutes, so what's the point of actually getting to know the "real" you if it doesn't really differ that much from their imagination? Best case scenario, she finds out you like red wine instead of white, hardly a transformation. I mean, would you watch a tv show where you can predict the entire plot structure?

Worst case scenario, you might be boring. It's a very common problem both Asian men and women, but maybe women night get away with it more if dudes are willing to overlook it and entertain for two. Asian parents don't really give you much flexibility for self discovery, but that's hardly an excuse. If you never tried to sneak anything past your parents back then, then you clearly didn't have it in you to overthrow the established order by learning to bend the rules without breaking them. I guess this is sorta like the schmuck stereotype where everyone just pushes you around because you have no middle ground between just putting up with it, or actually getting angry; which would only come off as whimpering because people can't take you seriously.

You need to cultivate the inner animal inside you, you know, the whole killer instinct stuff. Women don't just want a gentle man, reason being they're already that and it's not like you're gonna help them improve on that aspect. They want someone who's got some teeth and potential for mayhem but has the self restraint to not blow up at them. Women want to find a monster so that they can try to civilized it. Sure, you can still dress nice and have fancy things, but you need to live a life that forces them to reassess everything they thought they knew about Asian guys being kittens.

As shitty as this sounds people tend to gravitate towards stereotypes or assumptions when it comes to first impressions. So yeah I get the whole racial biases thing. However, I think you’re putting too much thought into it. Most girls actually like Asian guys. By telling yourself that other races have it better off is pretty hypocritical. Why not prove that Asian guys are not weak and have the desire and confidence as any other race. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter about race. Who cares? Just get out there and find you the right girl that will be with you for you.

I'm a hapa so my experience is undoubtedly different from yours, but I've generally had no trouble if I stick to latina women, it's when I go for other women that this ever potentially pops up though none are ever forthright with their reasons for not going for me so I can't be completely certain.
