Can you loose all of your experience

You’d can get rusty...deff lose some things. I know this from experience. Spent a few years in pretty bad game dev crunch and a few years mentally recollecting myself. Lost touch with almost all of my friends and family.

Made some pretty dumb AFC mistakes and got way too needy with my first hookup out of that....turned into an extremely fun but toxic relationship. Got a stupid amount of sex with a college girl and I’m in my mid 30s.... but toxic is toxic. Took about a month of reassessing and pulling out my old notes/books to get back on the horse fully but it wasn’t so bad.

So all in all I’m pretty grateful for how bad I crashed and burned with it so I could get back to my roots. Still know how to learn from my mistakes ;).

So I’ll say..... you wont lose your experience but slip ups will still happen. No sense in beating yourself up over it when it’s just another chance to learn. If you’ve got the necessary internal game you’ll be able to bounce back.

Can you loose all of your experience with girls if you haven't encountered them for such a long time?

You won't lose your experience, but you can get rusty and your confidence might be shaky.

Why haven't you been social for 6 years? Your first order of business should be to reestablish a social life. Here are some suggestions for good ways to find some new social circles:

Hash runs: Trail running + beer + fit people = win
Couchsurfing meets: The basic idea around these meets is: Hang with travelers and people who like to be around travelers. There are a lot of informal couchsurfing groups and some paid membership websites (like this one). But if you find couchsurfing groups on FB, it's free.
Social partner dancing: Salsa, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, just to name a few. You really can't go wrong. Learn something fun and have an excuse to be close to a girl in a fun and non-threatening way. (Just respect it as an activity & means to meet new people and work on self-improvement first, and place to meet women second.)
Download the Meet-up app. Scan for groups near you that you share an interest with.
Do a Facebook search for your city/town/area. Look under the Groups and Events tabs. Or you might search your city + some activity you're specifically interested in.
