Seduction isn’t a cure-all man. You gotta get to a stable place mentally for this to work. Take a break from this and tackle your depression first.

stop letting it throw you into a pit of despair.. take control and responsibility of your emotions and thoughts

As dumb as this sounds get the motivation to lift. It'll improve you mood wise, confidence wise and it'll make you look better, have more energy.

If you're having trouble with motivation and don't have a psychosis based mental illness get some motovation / energy shakes from the nutrition shop if you're not dramatically over weight.

If you are over weight start looking into nutrition and start eating healthy DON'T DIET, make a life style change, meaning you have to be able to keep up with what you're eating in the long term and keep the weight off (portions are very important to learn as well. Once you lose some weight from diet, start weighting your food (yes this is hell but you'll learn portions sizes and how much energy is in that common foods you eat, this will prevent over eating) then again start doing some light weights (there's as a theme here)

Ok if you dont have any hobbies you should find some. Maybe start with some public speaking ones (not really in public) like toastmasters, you'll gain some good skills here, you'll be able to make speeches for work ,personal affairs and improve your all around talking. If you think you have some skill gaps with the ladies try and think of ways to build these with hobbies. Eg can't think on your feet, try improv (confidence, creativity and thinking on your feet) , maybe dungeons and dragons (Thinking on your feet creativity but may seem geeky, but if you are maybe you're going for a geeky girl?!?) Try taking up a sport of a psychical activity. I would suggest maybe a martial art such as Brazilian- ju jip su. This will build discipline if you stick with it in the long term, you'll be more confident to speak your mind (if you think you can handle yourself you'll speak your mind more often even, and I don't mean in a rude or abusive way) this will also build your body up as well.

Thing is man, you have to want to get out of the dark zone and swim, even if you are at the bottom. Always swim because it can always get better if you want it to.

Of course you get a bunch of rejections. Why would a women want a mentally unstable man? Focus on your mentality/depression before you try to learn game.

What you need in the first place is a therapy, that title says it all. You have to do yourself a favor here. Pls don't listen to some of these guys here suggesting you're depressed because you can't seduce women. Go to a therapist a start on a solution for your life in general.

If it helps you, just think of it as an another skill in your life. If you just start you won’t be as good as others more experienced, but as time passes and and you practice and learn you become good. And confidence comes with practice and experience. This is what I think and helps me with motivation.
